Lewis Leathers have a long tradition of making jackets for the ladies and recently Ben Part, photographer and contributor to Sideburn magazine, did a photoshoot for France's esteemed Cafe Racer magazine using some of our styles. Ben kindly gave us permission to present some of them here.

In recent months we have been working on remaking some of our classic pre mid 1950's jackets, the new range carries the D Lewis Ltd label while the jackets themselves are made to very accurate standards.

Lewis Leathers is currently hosting an exhibition of photographs by Marcus Ross, Editor-in-Chief of Jocks & Nerds website and soon to be magazine. Marcus opted for Lewis Leathers Wearers as his theme and shot a series of photographs here early last December (see earlier blog post).

Lewis Leathers has teamed up with Triumph Motorcycles to produce a range of jackets based on two different styles, the Whitfield and the Rathbone.

 First appearing in 1973, the designers at Lewis Leathers took the Sportsman back to the drawing board and introduced the Super Sportsman as an update of the earlier design.

Organised by Rin Tanaka, this year the host venue was the Queen Mary at Long Beach Port, the show featured the best vintage clothing dealers from the USA and further afield, along with heritage brands also making an appearance and among them Lewis Leathers! We will took a stand there and had a terrific two days chatting to friends old and new.
