The history behind the Death or Glory emblem stretches as far back as 1759 when it was first used by the 17th Lancers (Duke of Cambridge’s Own) a cavalry regiment known for their bravery and nicknamed ‘The Death or Glory Boys’.
In 1922 they were amalgamated with the 21st Regiment and renamed the 17th / 21st Lancers. 1993 saw yet another amalgamation and they are now known as The Queen’s Royal Lancers.
This beautiful ring is made from 925 Sterling Silver and is our interpretation of the symbol which has also been a favourite of countless motorcyclists for over 60 years.
