For purchases conducted online and at our retail shop, Lewis Leathers is happy to refund any item which is returned to us in new, unworn and undamaged condition within a two-week (14 days) period of the initial purchase.
- The return must be accompanied with the original receipt.
- We offer a one-year free repair option on our leather jackets.
We do not offer returns on the following:
- An item is known to be faulty at the time of purchase.
- An item has been damaged by a customer who has tried to repair it themselves (although we are still happy to carry out a repair free of charge if in the original guarantee period, or for a charge if outside the period.
Consideration to repair for a charge will be made if the damage is clearly deemed to have been caused unnecessarily.
All repair requests must be accompanied with the original receipt.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new policy here. This Policy was last updated in November 2021.
